When I said hotel rooms are hard I hadn't done fancy restaurants with the boss's wife and no help from working husband. HARD.
Also hard: outlet shopping with boss's wife and no help from working husband. But we scored on the Gap outlet hat swabbs is wearing -- it is a total vacation hat.
The beach with boss's wife was fun/easy though.
we just woke up from naps and ate a few handfuls of candy from the biggest candy store in the world. Well maybe not the biggest, but for sure the most densely stocked.
cinnamon bears, sour gummy fruit salad, swiss mints (are the swiss okay with this too?)
We are off to Portsmouth Fabric (baby quilt fabric?) and Treehouse Toys again.... wish me luck and cross your fingers for no poop.
love from new hampshire.........

Good luck no poop!
haha! Cort and I just watched the video and we miss you all so much!!! Come on vacation to Utah again! And I love Oliver's hat -- definitely a vacation hat :)
"This costs five dollars." - hahah Awesome :0)
Vacation hat?!?!? I love it.
Krys, cort and tenille -- glad you liked the video. My boys crack up so bad when they watch it. Their favorite part is when max takes off the hat and then oliver says "I got it." HA HA! And the water -- how classic that he started to beg for the $5 water while we were taking the video. sooo funny.
Yeah, I am loving that hat too. everyone around portsmouth did too. it was darling with his red high top chucks.
and jess -- we made it with NO POOP!!!
How fun! This was fun to watch today! Love the hat, and tell Oliver he can come over and weed my garden and I'll give him 5$ for his water...ha ha! What a rip off! Those hotels are so crazy. They know they can get you at a weak moment! Way to go doing all of that without David! It can be exhausting! Just ask me, because I just came down with a little pneumonia...lovely! Anyway, you guys are a barrel o' laughs today. Love it!
I tried to email you but it didn't work. Are you sure you gave me the right address? Thank you for your comments! I agree with everything you said, except for the part where you may or may not have implied that I might be cool (just to clarify--I'm as uncool as they come). But I would still love to be friends! I don't know how you survived moving while you are pregnant. I moved with a six-month-old once and it almost killed me. I look forward to reading more of your blog. I'm hoping you can help me to be a good boy mom because this whole boy thing is completely new to me! And I don't think you should apologize for showing the befores and afters of 1977...I'm looking forward to it!
Love,
Amelia
Loved the video. Have a great working vacation-haha. I never understood why my mom thought vacations were a lot of work, until I was a mom. John's sister has a nice forehead scar from bed leaping, beware! He taught her how to do it, superman-style, and she was younger and missed after the 6th leap or so. Siblings are wonderful to have!
