I was in the lap of luxury and then I wasn't.

*mom with tommy

Well, I took your advice and I got a cook and a nanny for a whole week and a half!  luxury.

AKA - Mom came and visited.  She was originally going to come out while David went to Singapore on business but Singapore got pushed back a month and also got pushed into two weeks instead of one so, who is coming to be my cook and nanny then?  Any volunteers? And who is going carry this guy around and be his friend???

And a secret for you:

 I am going crazy.

Not a secret you say?  You already knew that?

As soon as we moved into our new ward (church congregation) I was asked to be in the Stake Young Women's Presidency---and this time of year is N.U.T.S. --- not really an acronym, but let us think that it is.  get creative.  I just got home from a nearly four hour presidency meeting. Sooooo much going on.  It is a good thing I don't blog for money, because whoever was paying me would fire me.  I think things are going to be scarce around here for a while.  I wish I could devote more time, but I just don't have it.  (although I am not at all lacking for blogpost ideas -- got a few dozen brewing in my head..and sooo many pictures.)

For now I have Mother Daughter Social, Youth Conference and Girl's Camp on the brain.

It was so nice to have mom here. I didn't do laundry and hardly did any cooking the whole time.  Tommy was her little buddy.  What a harsh reality to come back to after having so much help!

The Bliggity Blog's on the back burner.  again.

but I do miss you. kind of terribly :(

Hang in there and you will be soooo great in the YW program. What a lucky bunch of girls who probably don't even realize it...yet!

Babies have a tendency to throw a huge kink into your routine. A new normalcy will come and blogging will be more feasible...likely just in time to be all knotted up again. This coming from a mom of 3 and one on the way. I'm totally not looking forward to the chaos that comes with the new baby. Thankfully they are so cute and lovable.

You are a better person than I am. I would have revolted and up and left that meeting after two hours. My attention span is 50 minutes long...unless I'm watching The Bachelor.

As my sister says," Keep it simple!!" You are in charge! Set your boundries and make the most of your staff.
No one is getting paid!! No one is writting Critiques. I believe in you! Let the good times roll Rita!!

GIRLS CAMP!!! The best thing to be apart of. You'll be great in that calling. The girls in your stake have no idea what is coming their way.

Dude, you are a way better person than I am. I said no when they asked me to be a Sunbeams teacher after Oliver was born. In fact, I said, Of course not. Check you out, though, you're amazing. And those girls are lucky to have you. I hope you don't explode. And stop threatening to take blog breaks because I need your posts. :)
