Front room.
Mom sent me her older collection of white/gold/silver ornaments.
She has a red and green tree now.
thank you mom, it turned out lovely.
my homemade advent and a foresty tree in the entryway.
A tribute to our foresty home.
vintage santa tree. santas inherited.
remember how we told the realtor don't give everything away, we'll go through it?
well, there were four Christmas boxes we went through.
including strings of the old school bulbs.
take that LED.
apple cupcakes with brown sugar cinnamon frosting.
Swabbs in the top half of his Christmas outfit after church.
The only picture I got.
totally caught you two.
and.........no pants. again.
Christmas carols with musical green bundle guest.
Oliver: "look, I'm mommy"
(okay, no pants again. FYI -- no pants=just went to the bathroom --sometimes it takes a while to get the pants back on and frankly I usually don't have enough hands right away)
More Christmas carols with more special guests.
Getting lots of use out of that piano Jennilyn!
A sort of "after picture" for all of you of the family room --
kid tree.
Vintage Nutcracker collection -- all bought at an auction -- $10 for the whole collection ($1 a piece!). The two on boxes play Nutcracker music. We have been taking them out one at a time for the past 10 days... I need to find a couple more to have 12 days of christmas or 14 more for a Nutcracker advent! the boys have loved them.
our sweet little manger scene.
Given to me by bf Melissa T.
(and yes, serena, I still need a candle for my birthday candle holder!)
Merry Christmas to all of you from us at Holiday 1977!
