Mary Poppins!
Jane and Michael
Mr and Mrs Banks
Banks, Bert and Andrew (the dog - remember him?)
The bird woman
Little Michael eats some Skittles. No prompting on the legs being crossed... all on his own.
Our little family as we returned home....
We decided that we want Max to dress like this every day for school.
Fancypants:
We'll have to send him to a private school so he can dress like that every day Me:
Why a private school? why can't we send him to public school like that? Fancypants:
Umm... maybe because he'll get beat up? Me:
Oh :(
It really was a jolly holiday. Thank you, family, for going along with my crazy Halloween costume antics. You were all fabulous! I'm plotting out next year already....

That is so funny... I was going to be Mary this year. But then my sister and I decided to do something else. Next year!
oh yes.... fabulous costumes! (spoken in my best mary poppins accent!!) Your mom was the bomb at our ward celebration! She scared all!!
I love it all!! I can't believe that I had to miss it!
You are fantastic!
The costumes turned out awesome! You guys look so great! I've never seen a better Mary...or anyone, for that matter!
oh my gosh! I was just laughing outloud and clapping my hands alone in my office looking at this!!! You guys look SO SO good!!!
Tiffany, thanks for coaching my family. I know my mom must have had fun with it!!
I've been singing Mary Poppins songs in my head since Wednesday. You guys should have entered a costume contest. You would've had it in the bag!
Nichole, I saw a sign yesterday on a hotel that is offering a $1000 to the winner of a costume contest - too bad the Rueckert's left for North Carolina this weekend....
we could have split it and had a REALLY jolly holiday.
Linda, wish you were here! What would you have been? Uncle Albert?
ha ha ha!
oh and gina, if you need to borrow some props for next year - let me know!
I could have been the evil nanny or the cook. c'mon!
Alright girl, your "cuteness cred" just shot off the charts. It took me a minute to figure out that those were your Halloween costumes. I thought you were all doing "Mary Poppins" for the Ward Roadshow or something. Very impressive!
That is the cutest/funniest thing I have ever seen! I love it!
Just need to say here that I loved that video. What a charming Mr. Banks, bird lady and Bert. So funny. You really live life to the fullest.
I enjoy watching this. I really like the adorable picture of Jane (huge smile) and Michael (wondering why everyone look so different tonight). Tiffany, it was fun. Yes, Linda, the "evil" zookeeper, that's 'ho..... When are you coming?
Linda, I was joking. Someone actually told me that Oliver could be Uncle Albert - wouldn't that have so funny? I would have done it but there was no way on earth he would have kept on those little glasses.
You could have been the cook or the maid or Katie Nana...
Who would be the "giant in the world of finance"?
A GIANT?????
HA HA, that has to be my favorite line in the whole movie...
And how about all the Bryant boys could be penguins?
Emily - Mormor kept thinking that we WERE in a play. Originally she was going to be the cook and then she said, No, she sings too much. She kept practicing "feed the birds, feed the birds" all the while petting the large black crow.... It was hilarious. I am sure it didn't dawn on her until we got there that we weren't going to do a theatrical performance.
That's hilarious! and kinda scary...Mormor!
AWESOME! You all look SO good! Dad and Mormor are my favorite. You are a perfect Mary Poppins, T! I would have been an old mean nanny and all night I would have pretended I was blowing away in the wind!!!
Thanks for sharing! I loved the pictures, especially Mr. Banks! Looks like you are having a lot of fun...my how your family is growing. I sure do love you all!
Can I hire you to do our family next year? My boys would have loooved to be the penguins! I could've been the cartoon lady that beats her husband over the head with the tamborine!!! How about that? I was an angel this year, Dan a pro angler, Danny, a football player, Jonny, a clone trooper, Mark, a transformer, Erik, batman, and Matt, elephant. I need to be more creative, how much do you charge? You continue to amaze me. Love, Elise
Oh my gosh! I am lauging so hard right now I am crying! I was just thinking tonight that I wanted Brielle to be Mary Poppins because I saw the cutest little girl dressed as MP a couple years ago! This is all so funnny! Mor Mor with the bird, Dean...what more can I say! Inger with her sash! I can see it all so clearly now...Sara as katie Nana, Linda sitting at her desk clapping her hands, the bryants as the penquins and Elise as the lady with the tamborine! This post and everyones comments are great! There is NO QUESTION...I have the greatest in-laws in the world! I adore you all!
Tyler and I just watched the video and can we just say that we love Mor Mor? We were seriously DYING!!! hahaha!!! You guys all look so good and it looks like you had a Happy Halloween!
What a fun idea! You make a great Mary Poppins!
THAT is SO COOL. :) I love the silly-o-wet picture and all the rest too. What a fun and creative thing to do! Love that the whole family could be involved.
This is why I LOVE you to death! CLASSIC!! Next year you can be Brad and Angelina! Everyone can be a child from a different country!
